Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds for tickets purchased.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
Generally, lobby doors open one hour prior to the scheduled curtain time. The house will open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled curtain time.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (East Grand Rapids High School Drama).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
